Tuckpointing is cutting into existing mortar joints removing old mortar. After old mortar is removed a new mortar joint is added giving it a fresh look. Not only does this extend the lifetime of the material in question but it also gives it a fresh look .

REFACING
FULL GAS SERVICE

Sometimes when you install a new gas fireplace or electric fireplace you need power to run it. Depending on the location we can run the electrical from the fuse box or an existing outlet in the room depending on the appliance that is to be installed. We can also run or rerun the existing lights to a new location in the room if placements have changed after new product installation 

Refacing can be defined as the renewal, restoration, or repair of the face of a surface such as a building, fireplace wall, etc.

We run the gas to code following all local requirements. If you believe you have a gas leak, please contact Nicor to insolate leak. We do offer inspection of existing gas lines but Nicor will come out for free, and gas leaks can be deadly, so time is of the essence.
