the standard charge to clean your fireplace is $199 this includes
cleaning the glass, a light cleaning on the unit, new embers, some coal peices if applicable
if unit has fireglass fireglass is not included due to color variations best to mention ahead of time 
charge would be refunded if not completed we would call within 24-48 hours after placing order for service to schedule 
if there is a issue with the unit a diagnosic is included but a repair is not gaurenteed to fix the fireplace if parts are required
